OneAbility Games
The OneAbility Games are an all-ages, multi-disability, multi-sport event will be launching in May 2026 in beautiful Richmond, BC!
The OneAbility Games will be a festival of adapted sport, featuring two streams of competition. The school age competitions for grades K-12, with a training program delivered in schools and community to support skill development and confidence building in their sport leading up, as well as connections to community programs for ongoing participation. The Competitive Sport events which will feature regional, provincial and national parasport competitions, and are being hosted in partnership with Provincial and National sport organizations.
The OneAbility Games are modeled off of the Défi Sportif Altergo Games which have been taking place in Montreal for over 40 years, and bring together over 6000 participants with disabilities to compete over 10 days of school and competitive sport events.
